For your first class we recommend the following:
1. Arrive 15 minutes early to sign in and fill out a waiver so we can get to know you. Inform the instructor of any medical conditions, surgeries, or injuries before you practice.
2. Wear comfortable clothing. Yoga is practiced barefoot. Mats are available for your use but for hygiene reasons, you may want to consider purchasing your own mat. The studio has mats for purchase (Jade Harmony or Premium Mats).
3. Avoid heavy meals at least two hours before class. If you are hungry, eat a small piece of fruit.
4. Drink plenty of water before, during, and after class.
5. Remember to listen to your body. Yoga is non-competitive.
6. Bring a small towel.
7. Enjoy!!
